When can I access my unit?
Our facilities offer gate access from 6 am to 10 pm. However, Contractor Bays have 24/7 access.
Do you offer RV/Boat storage?
Yes, we do. We provide outdoor parking spaces as well as storage bays large enough to accommodate RVs and boats. Some units come with amenities like electricity, heat, lights, and Wi-Fi.
What security features do you offer?
Our locations are equipped with perimeter fencing and require a gate code for entry through our security gates. Furthermore, our facilities are equipped with video surveillance cameras for added security.
Do you offer business storage options?
Absolutely! We offer contractor bays at select locations. These spacious units come with amenities such as electricity, heat, lights, free Wi-Fi, and water access.
How can I make my reservation?
Making a reservation is easy. Simply call, text, or email us, and our team will assist you in finding the perfect storage solution for your needs.
Can I pay my bill online?
Certainly! You can conveniently pay your bill online by logging into your account on our website.
How long will the terms of my lease be?
No matter how long you need to rent your storage unit, Cornerstone Storage can accommodate you. We rent on a month-to-month basis, so you never have to worry about signing a long-term contract. We require a 10-day move-out notice prior to the end of the month for self-storage and require a 90-day move-out notice prior to the end of the month for Contractor Bays.
Do we require Insurance?
Yes, we do require proof of insurance to rent at all of our facilities. (Homeowners, Renters, Auto or Business insurance) You are responsible for furnishing proof of insurance within 4 days of renting, otherwise you will be auto-enrolled in a protection plan as stated in our rental agreement.
