No matter how long you need to rent your storage unit since we rent on a month-to-month basis. No need to worry about signing long term contracts here.
We only require a move-out notice on or before the 30th of the month for self-storage and outdoor parking. For Contractor bays our lease terms start at just 3 months.
This is a must have by Law. We offer a good and easy to get insurance though!
You can bring your own insurance but you must provide proof of insurance within the first 3 days of renting, otherwise you’ll be auto-enrolled in our protection plan as stated in our rental agreement.
