We require a 30-day move-out notice on or before the 1st of the month for self-storage and outdoor parking. For Contractor Bays, we require a 90-day move-out notice on or before the 1st of the month.
Yes, we do require proof of insurance or tenant protection on all units. If you have your own insurance (Homeowners, Auto or Business), you are responsible for furnishing proof of insurance within 10 days of renting, otherwise you will be auto-enrolled in a protection plan as stated in our rental agreement.
